A Tanzania where individiduals and families facing serious illness, death and grief will experience the best that humankind can offer and ensure that the spread of HIV/AIDS and other chronic and communicable diseases are prevented at the grassroots level and those individuals already suffer ing or affected by such diseases will be fully supported in their communities
St. Lucia Mission
St.Lucia seeks to achieve its vision through the following programmatic areas ;
- Comprehensive in-home nursing care for terminally ill patients, adult and children
- Home based care for preventive public health education on chronic diseases and communicable diseases and provision of palliative care to the individuals who are sick.
- Community mobilization on caring for children in adversity, provision of sustainable education on health care, referrals , psychosocial support and human rights.
